St. Clair. In 2011 our team was reborn with the addition of Team R.I.P's founder Jason Lundy. Team V.I.P.E.R is a one of a kind assembly dedicated to using logic, compassion, wisdom, and technology to separate fact from fiction when determining the type of activity occurring at a home, business, or other location. "At Team V.I.P.E.R we are able to use our experience and resources to demystify a large percentage of paranormal claims; however, we are aware of phenomenon beyond our understanding.
